How to cancel your event and keep it on the calendar

Rather than "deleting" your Livewhale event, I highly recommend that you "cancel" your event by clicking on the "cancel event" button located in the event details page within Livewhale.

This will keep the event on your calendar and add a "Canceled:" to the beginning of your event title as illustrated below.

Note: If you have an RSVP associated with the event, you will need to contact the registrants to inform them that the event was canceled.
