Having issues accessing your Media library files? Here are several possible problems and solutions to consider:

| File size too large | Keep the size under 1 MB. Optimize images and PDF files before uploading them. Larger file sizes will take longer to publish, currently up to 5 hours. |
| Special characters in the title field | Remove apostrophes, commas, etc. |
| Direct URL is broken | You are using an external URL path to the Media library file rather than a link built within T4 that points to the file in the Media Library. TerminalFour will only retain files that have an active link from a T4 page. If you reset these links directly to the file in the Media Library the external links will be repaired and remain active. |
